Terms of Conditions
Last updated: 14th FEB 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Intello web app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations
Certain features require a paid subscription that auto-renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees and billing currency are shown at checkout; applicable taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details. You can cancel via the app’s billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Any refunds are at our discretion or as required by law.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you must add a valid payment method to continue after the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any and all charges.
Use of the Service and your data
The Service lets you connect and view your portfolio data. You grant us the rights necessary to process your data to provide the Service. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication/backend services, Stripe for payments, and brokerage/financial data connectors if applicable). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
No financial, investment, or tax advice
The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it without authorization, reverse engineering components, or using it for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features or the Service at any time with or without notice.
Security
We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege configurations to protect data. However, no system is perfectly secure; use the Service at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, trademarks, and software, is owned by Vantage Digital Management or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription in billing settings.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Any data, projections, or analytics are provided for informational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Digital Management (operating Intello), its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app notice or email). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
