Use of AI Models

How the Intello application uses AI models:
Use of AI Models
We use third-party AI models (currently OpenAI) to power chat responses and selected web-search–assisted answers. We may upgrade or change models over time to improve quality and reliability. Chat history is stored so you can revisit past conversations. Web search results are cached for up to 12 hours to keep responses fast.
Data handling and privacy
We disable data sharing and training use in our AI provider settings. That means user inputs (including chats, portfolio data, and any context we pass to the model) are not used by the provider to train or improve their models. We send only the minimum data needed to generate a response, and we retain chat history solely to provide your conversation history within the app.
Model changes and continuity
If we switch models or providers, we will maintain the same privacy posture: no opt-in to provider training on user data, minimal data passed for inference, and short-lived caching of web results. We will update this page when material changes occur.
Scope and purpose
AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only; they are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they should not be the basis for trading or investment decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.
Security
Requests to AI providers are sent over HTTPS, and model API keys are kept server-side and never exposed in client code. We pass only the minimum necessary context to generate a response.
Abuse and safety
We apply basic filtering to reduce unsafe, abusive, or disallowed prompts/outputs and may block or redact content that violates our safety rules
